Damaged Packages/Items

If a job is received damaged, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to a reprint.
Refunds/Reprints

All sales are final.

Cancellations and full refunds are available only if you have not submitted any artwork, or approved a proof and have paid for your order.

In the event you want to cancel your order prior to processing your order for print, Kufi Designs will refund your purchase price for any printed portion and/or shipping charges only.

There are no refunds for artwork creation, changes, and processing fees.
No refunds or reprints will be provided in the event of the following;

If you approve your job and there’s a mistake or typo

If send you provide a file to be printed and we pre-advise there’s a problem with the file or that it is low resolution and you advise proceed with the printing, were not responsible

Delays in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
Shipping

All shipping is made via UPS or USPS
-
Products that incur a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information will be billed to the customer.

If UPS or USPS does not deliver to your address it is the customer's responsibility to provide a proper shipping address.
